While sponge shelters provide the tightest seal for uniform fleets, they can be customized for variety. We offer adjustable head curtains or tapered side pads to accommodate various trailer heights and widths. For sites with sloped driveways, we also provide “tapered” foam designs to ensure the compression remains even from top to bottom, preventing gaps at the top of the trailer.

Maintenance is minimal, but we recommend a quarterly inspection for any fabric tears or punctures. Small rips should be patched immediately to prevent moisture from reaching the inner foam core. Keeping the fabric surface clean from debris and ensuring the drainage holes at the bottom are clear will prevent water accumulation and weight-related sagging.
