Since the beginning of this year, China Suzhou District in Suzhou has been actively implementing the decisions made at the Central Economic Work Conference regarding “accelerating the cultivation of new foreign trade momentum and expanding cross-border e-commerce exports.” The district is fully committed to the city’s goal of making 2024 the “Year of Leap for Cross-Border E-commerce.” Focusing on nurturing and guiding the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem to empower and enhance foreign trade, I supporting high-quality development in the region.
From January to September 2024, China Suzhou District achieved a cross-border e-commerce import and export volume of 406 million yuan. It marking a year-on-year increase of 27.9%, with the growth rate expanding by 7 percentage points compared to the previous month.
